The Career Learning Center is located at 730 E. Watertown in Rapid City. This building houses both the Odyssey high school of the Academy and the adult studies of the Rapid City School District.

The Students who attend the CLC are from traditional high school and are dual or triple enrolled or have continued in the Academy from Jefferson. The CLC serves those students who have earned 11 or more credits of high school and have their 9th and 10th grade required courses complete.

The Career Learning Center has High School Graduation exercises at least two times each year. Once after the first semester in the fall and in the spring after the second semester.
