Hi, I am Officer Blenner with the Rapid City Police Department. My current assignment is a Liaison Officer for Southwest Middle School, Meadowbrook Elementary, Black Hawk Elementary and Corral Drive Elementary.

I was born and raised in Rapid City, SD. The schools I attended included Canyon Lake, Wilson, Dakota, and Stevens. After graduating High School I attended Black Hills State University. I graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelors degree in Sociology and a Minor in Criminal Justice. I have been working for the RCPD since 1997.

 

The D.A.R.E. car was done in the summer of 2003. Several area businesses and community members sponsored this car. Thank you to Corral Drive PTA, Bob's Auto Body & Bob Beatty, Sound Pro, Sun Shield, Western Dakota Vo-Teck, Exhaust Pros, Vanway Trophy, A-1 Auto Parts, A-Plus Signs, Summit Signs, Elks Club 1187, Elks Does Drove #33, and Dale Tire & Retreading.
